Hey Kyle I have setup cron jobs on my cpanel server with no problem on multiple accounts. I dont have a problem setting up the cron job. The problem we are facing is that your urls are too long to be parsed as a single command. Can you help to create a small script with your cron calls and we can just call that script file.

Any help is appreciated

Again, I can not assist you with CRON setup. You need to contact your host in that regard. You maybe able to do a wget (ensure the URL is in quotes) or CURL request directly to the full URL. Otherwise by command you need to do it from root to index.php and add all the parameters to send with it. All of which your host will have to assist you with. I've no examples to provide, sorry.
