The span is already an inline element. So you only need to make the div around the iframe inline by styling the cbTermsFrameText class. Doesn't mean there's going to be enough room to fit all of this side by side though. Also the field specific class can be used to target specific elements of that field. Example as follows.
CSS Class: MY_FIELD
Selector: .MY_FIELD .cbSnglCtrlLbl
CSS Class: MY_FIELD
Selector: .MY_FIELD .cbSnglCtrlLbl
