Has the API to do the delayed /advance emails been developed yet? This was posted 15 months ago. It is really necessary functionality which can help resolve alot of expiry issues.

CBSubs Mailer can do this. It's been available for quite some time since CBSubs 2.0, latest release is 2.0.2.
