Hi,

We upgraded to the latest version and could update the expiry date to a specific month and day.

This has not changed the status for the previous memberships.

Is there a way to use a SQL script to update the status for the expired memberships?

I have gone through the database and I cannot find the "Status" field in "jos_cbsubs_subscriptions" table.

Can you please shed some light.

Thanks,

Existing subscriptions aren't affected by most changes made to plans. You'll need to manually fix them either through database or through GUI by navigating to CBSubs > Subscriptions and clicking the ID within the ID column, which will allow you to change dates, status, etc..

Hi,

I have followed your instructions and there are no fields for making a membership expired through Subscriptions tab.

I can only see "Block User", "Approve User", "Confirm User".

Sorry, I am just desperate as my client is just upset as their membership system is failed.

Can you please help me with this, or even tell me where I can find the Status field in the database so I can add a SQL script to fix this. I have gone through all the tables in the DB and have not been able to find this.

Thanks,

Please read Kyle's response again.

You need to find the subscription from the CBSubs subscriptions icon area and edit is.
