Please provide Joomla and CB versions. Please also be more detailed about your issue. "can not access them" isn't very descriptive, sorry. Are there errors? Is there a message? Did you test with debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration?

joomla version 1.5.23
CB version 1.7

When in user management tab, i click on a clients name i get a service error page (i'm using google chrome).

I have just tried the debug mode and this message appears:
"
Fatal error: Interface 'iKunena' not found in /mnt/data/vhosts/quickyfish.cloudaccess.net/httpdocs/administrator/components/com_kunena/libraries/api.php on line 17

Fatal error: Class 'JLoader' not found in /mnt/data/vhosts/quickyfish.cloudaccess.net/httpdocs/libraries/loader.php on line 161"

What does this mean and what do i have to do?

Looks like the error is coming from Kunena, please ensure you're using latest version of Kunena (1.6.5) and after installing have visited Kunena from Joomla > Components > Kunena and clicked "Upgrade" (if present).
