You're right - I though I had solved my issue but I haven't. The issue is how does a client indicate that they want more than one subscription? The allow multiple subscriptions is activated in the workflow - how does the customer indicate how many they want?

A CBSubs subscription plan can be configured to allow multiple subscriptions by the same subscriber in parallel.

I am not sure is this is what you need.

Please explain again the use case you have in mind.

We sell a variety of subsription based services - Web hosting, Maintenance plans and SEO plans; these are all sold as single entities and that is fine. We also sell hosted exchange services where the amount of the monthly subscription is a multiple of the number of mailboxes that you want. 1 x mailbox = £6 per month; 2 x mailboxes =£12 per month

My issue is that I cannot see how to set up the plans so that a customer who wants 6 mailboxes can register that fact.

I am sure I am missing something very simple but I just cannot find it.

I believe you can use CBSubs Promotion for this. What you'd do is a create a field in CB (integer for them to supply the digit or drop-down for you to supply the amounts). Then using CBSubs Promotion you'd set up a promotion for just the mailbox plan and have it adjust the value based off that field. This should give you what you're wanting. You can also hide this mailbox field using the Workflows tab of your non-mailbox plans to ensure it only displays when necessary.
