That explains why I can't find the source. But the styling of the buttons is as supplied with CB Subs, so I'm not sure what you mean there.

The buttons are POSTs generated internally, you can't alter them. That's not the problem however, the problem is the styling of those buttons.

The URL is as follows.
components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/icons/normal/pay-offline.gif
Which it is appending exactly that to the button. However that should not be the case. The URL appended as the inputs src should be as follows.
/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/icons/normal/pay-offline.gif
Notice the leading slash is missing in your sites source. Locally it works fine and the leading slash is present. However on your site somehow for some reason that leading slash is missing.
I've further reviewed your install and you have SEF enabled, but you did not have Joomlas SEF system plugin enabled. This means Joomla couldn't properly interpret the SEF URLs. I've fixed this for you and confirmed issue resolved, please also confirm.
