Thanks a lot for the quick response. But it doesn't work.
I tried
[cb:userfield field="cb_geburtstermin" /]
[cb:userfield field="cb_geburtstermin"]
[cb:userfield field="cb_geburtstermin"/]

none of them works. But I can't see, which result the URL-Call had - or? I only see, that there is no entry in the newsletter. Too bad.

No entry in the newsletter doesn't meant the substitution didn't work. You should test your substitutions in a delimiter field first to ensure it ouputs how you expect. Not adding to your newsletter is likely a problem in the code you're performing the HTTP request on. Please keep in mind it's just an HTTP request and the URL you're performing that request on has no access to Joomla or CB APIs unless it's a Joomla URL to an extension designed to handle HTTP requests.

How can I test it in a "delimiter field"?

Just create a new delimiter field and put what Kyle posted in the content/description of the delimiter field.

Then visit a profile and see what is shown for this field.

That is a little bit to difficult for me. But thanks a lot for your help!

I did it in another way: The field is now a textfield with the default tt.mm.yyyy and a limit of 10 characters. I hope that works.
