Where it says "Conditional" In CB Emails, there was a dropdown list of all the fields available, This isn't there anymore. What is the format for selecting such a field?

It's substitution supported (please read carefully the input descriptions). You can do for example "[cb_myfield] Equal To 123". More on substitution usage can be found within the tutorials in my signature.

Clearly I'm dumb

I've looked at this and tried evry combination I can think of, but no email is sent.

I've checked your (very useful) tutorials (very impressive) and it looks OK to me, but no emails. (see image)

Where am I going wrong? I'm sorry to be a pain in the ass but I need to get this right.

Thanks for input.

Regards
David

The trigger you have set: onAfterUserRegistration and the user group of Registered are in conflict.

If you want the trigger you need to specify Everyone, since a person submitting the registration for is not yet a registered user.

Hi Nant
Thanks for the input - didn't work, I'm afraid.

Any other ideas?

tried that - still no mail
Hmmm.
The mail to the user arrives and the mail to the administrator, but the third mail, i.e. the one which I'm trying to generate here, doesn't arrive

Help....
