[#3426] Cbsubs: SQL Deactivation Query seem to not work

Ok I will try to cancel subscription and see what happen... However I remember to have set to disallow cancel subscription by user and I'm unable to find the related setting about that. I looked everywhere in all tab for 20min in plan and global settings... Where is that setting ?? :blush: :blush:

I use Joomla 3.3.6 - CB 2.0.4 - CBSubs 4 - Several Incubator plugins

You can enable/disable unsubscribe from CBSubs > Settings > Display > Unsubscribe with the parameter "Show Unsubscribe buttons:".

Many thank and sorry. Even if is now months I play with CBsubs is sometime difficult to find all settings because your stuff is a real factory. ;) But I like so much because only like that we can have a strong control and flexibility for do exactly what we really need... :woohoo:

Ok I tested and my query roll like expected when canceling subscription. So it seem a bug is present only when making refund...

Ok, thank you; that was what I was looking for (very important when reviewing bug). Unfortunately I've no workaround at this time. Maybe first cancel the users subscription from backend then issue the refund?

No problem right now for me... I noticed this just fortuitously when testing payment using Paypal. After making my payment I make a refund to myself and discover the issue. Normally I will not need to make refund to some customers right now. Even if I need in some rare case, I can manually do the task planned in my sql query..

Of course if you can solve the bug in some future release that nice.
