hello,
several problems since update 2.0.1 and 2.0 CBSubs
A user must register for a free plan.
It should also add his photo on the registration page.
However, some users do not put their picture, and no plan is used!

In the frontend can not see the map for free on the profile of these members and backend too! I can not upgrade the plan.
I do not understand.
Can you help me please.

Your photo didn't attach; please give it a more unique name. Your issue is not detailed enough as well. Please provide CB and Joomla versions and explain exactly what is happening.

Okay, I'll start over.
In the picture, we see the plan in yellow (compte_free) which is leading to access the site.
However, users have not. And in the backend, I can not put the plan in yellow (compte_free).
I think ther is also a problem in link of email confirmation.





Then I find abnormal things in the right columns.
Joomla 2.5.3
CB 1.8 CBSubs 2.0.1

If your plan is free lifetime then ensure within CBSubs > Settings > Global you have free lifetime plans set to create a subscription. You've 1 user that isn't confirmed yet and 1 user you or something else has blocked. The blank column is where they haven't bothered to attempt to login yet.

Yes, but it's anormal, there are a lot of users who are blocked or in attempt to login yet.
I think I am allways a problem in email confirmation where the code is sometime break .

If they're confirmed but blocked on attempt to login then you've CBSubs set to not allow free registrations and as they don't have a plan they'd be classified as a free registration. You can enable free registrations within CBSubs > Settings > Global. Somehow they managed to register without selecting a plan. Ensure you have at least 1 plan that is visible on registration set to Exclusive so they can't simply uncheck it.
