Setting Plan CBSubs

Setting Plan CBSubs was created by mfe13
hello,

I think making an error in my Plan setting.
Plan A is free for life.
Plan B is paid per month.
I want the user with a Plan B can switch back to Plan A if he wants.
In the settings of Plan A, I put it (see picture). But it doesn't work.
Can you tell me where is my bad setting please?

Is Plan A even visible when you are actively subscribed to Plan B? Are both parent plans? Are both exclusive or non-exclusive?

On the registration page, I put only Plan A (free).
Plan B is only if the user needs.

It should be visible but it is not

Strange, no idea. Please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look. Please also include frontend login credentials where this issue is present.

Have reviewed your install and it's because they already subscribed to the free plan. They then upgraded to a higher plan. If they want back to just the free plan all they need to do is unsubscribe from their current paid plan.
