He's away for a week and should be back later this week. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I've nothing more to offer in regards to your issue as I couldn't see anything wrong in configuration or database. If necessary try installing CBSubs 2.0.1 and seeing if issue resolves (older releases can be found in Archives in CBSubs downloads section).
