language plugin cant cope with altered strings

This effect does not happen in the "Default language (English)" but in both installed plugins, de-DE and en-GB at 2.1.2.1.0.6.

Attached please find my override.php in components\com_comprofiler\plugin\language\en-gb. Maybe that gives a hint. It is now happening an every edit.

Still works fine in my tests using en-GB with the override file you provided in addition to my own. I can't see any reason for this. There is no caching of those strings. They're directly added to the object during its XML output as an array returned from the PHP include. What PHP version are you on?
