sometime user can not login

Again, CB does not control the login session. That is entirely Joomla. Unless you've configured some sort of behavior that happens during login that could be doing this I don't know what more to suggest. Perform the below test as instructed below to test if Joomla login module presents same behavior. If it does it absolutely has nothing to do with CB.
