I've improved the installer script with an additional collation fix. Please let me know if issue persists in latest CB Activity build release. If it does please PM backend super user login credentials so I can take a look.

Ok, was able to run some queries to force correction of collations and CB Activity 6.0 is successfully installed now. I'm unsure what caused this though, but will continue to investigate locally and see if I can figure out what went wrong for future sake.
