Moderator not receiving ACTION REQUIRED emails

Hi Krilion,

This User is set to receive Moderator emails already. I also gave her Super Administrator rights. Still no Action Required emails.

Please upgrade to CB 1.2.2 and confirm if issue still present. Please also check that other moderators are properly receiving emails. If the user is set to receive emails and you've configured CB to send emails to moderators then she should receive them as appropriately.
