CB 2.1.2 Update not available Joomla 3.6.5

Same issue for me, it states there is an update available, but does not show up in the Updates list.
Other updates working fine.
I updated to Joomla 3.7.2 and still the same issue.
I then installed the latest CB build manually over the top and then all CB menu items in the admin area just fail to load.
Any ideas?

It doesn't sound like outbound HTTPS cURL requests are working properly for anyone having this issue. Your other working updates may not be using HTTPS like we are. Contact your host and ensure cURL is setup correctly to make outbound HTTPS requests or update manually.

I have the same problem. Where is the process for a manual update described? I can't seem to find it.

Did you do:
Extensions -> Manage -> Update sites, then re-enable any disabled update sites.
Then go to menu: Extensions -> Manage -> Update, click "clear cache" and then "find updates".

Otherwise, to update, just download CB from Downloads section here, and install like any other Joomla package.
