They also had manual subscriptions given to them by the import? Were you able to do the dummy gateway test as suggested earlier to see if it's a regularly occurring issue?

I think I may have discovered the difference between the members who are showing "upgraded to other" and the members who had two active subscriptions at the same time.

The members who have the correct "upgraded to other" show the expiry date as the date they upgraded (I am assuming). The two members who have two active memberships at the same time must have done their upgrades after their current plan had expired. Their old subscription is still showing as December 31, 2015.

I have all of the plans only doing calendar years with 3 months grace period.

1.) Is the expiry date supposed to change to the date they upgraded for the old subscriptions?

2.) Are you allowed to upgrade after the expiry date? Possibly this is why it is screwing up.

If the previous subscription is expired it will not be placed in an upgrade state. The upgrade state is used to keep track of previous active subscription state and time remaining (mostly for prorating).

The problem is your old subscription is marked active and not expired. Are you triggering expirations regularly based off the configuration in CBSubs > Settings?

Unfortunately there's nothing I can do to help you with CRON setup. That would be between you and your host. I know some CRON URL structures need to be specifically setup to deal with the parameters in a URL, but I am not experienced enough with CRON to provide you the proper structure. You can however manually run the URL to trigger the expirations or allow frontend and backend to trigger expirations to help with the issue in the meantime.

Possibly they do not "expire" until after the grace period.
