Strange, please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look at the mailer configuration.

I don't see anything wrong with your mailer or the subscription it should be checking against. Please ensure you've the latest CBSubs nightly build below and see if it works fine then.

If still not working then it looks like there could be a bug as I don't see any reason it shouldn't process that subscription into the mailer.

We have tried to install the nightly build but were only able to install two packages:

joomlaplugin_cbpaidsubsbot-4.0.1
mod_cbsubscriptions-4.0.1

All other packages threw and error saying:

Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file.

and

Error
Unable to find install package


Is there any requirements before installing these nightly builds.
Please advise on any solution.

CBSubs and its integrations are CB plugins. You need to install them through CB > Plugin Management.
