Payment Notification not enabling plan

A problem is occurring on my client site since early September (which is when I think I upgraded both CB and CB Subs:

An autorecurring payment is made via Paypal for an existing plan renewal
A correct payment notification is sent by PayPal and received by CB Subs
The Users subscription is marked as Active, expiring on the correct renwal date from now, but marked Disabled and unpaid (with a "Pay Now" or "Delete" option) .

Any ideas why this is happening?

It looks as if they only renewed the parent plan and not the child plan? Please check the IPN notification within CBSubs > Notifications and see what plan it was for.

there is one parent Plan (which is free). then there are a series of child plans which are paid for. e.g.

Member
Student
Practitioner
a.n.other

In this case the user automatically becomes a "Member" but only becomes a "Practitioner" subject to payment. The process for doing this has been running for 18 months and works fine normally. This is the first time this type of problem has manifested. the Notification clearly shows the two plans, and the Basket (attached) indicates two items (member) and (practitioner). the invoice also correctly itemises both plans (attached) - User details are obfuscated for security/privacy.

Very strange, everything looks correct. Was there any errors in History Log during the times as the notifications? Seams IPNs were received properly and their success stored properly. Has this happened to any other users or just a specific user?

As far as I can see all the affected users are NEW users, not recurring renewals. Also TWO plans appear to be involved (there are 6 or 7 plans in all)

Looking at the logs, the only ERROR per se that matches the dates the users registered, (over the past few weeks) is the following:

loadSomething::subid 1710 with planid 4 could not load.

It does appears on other days though, but may not be relevant.

I've checked all the CB Tables etc via Tools just to be sure, and all is OK apart from the following message:

CB plugin "Rounded": Rounded has no readable xml file /<path>/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/templates/rounded/rounded.xml

Are your user limitations reached within CBSubs > Settings? Have you recently increased those user limitations?
