[SOLVED] Unsubscribe from Joomlapolis forum not working

I have unsubscribed from the forum threads, but I am still receiving notices. Can someone help me with this?. I know this is probably the wrong place to ask for this, but since cannot open a support ticket this is the only venue I can find.

You're likely subscribed to an entire category, this is a new feature introduced by Kunena 1.6, which our forum integration is not yet compatible with. Please review the category of a thread you've been emailed about and check that you are not subscribed to the category. If you can provide a URL to a thread you were emailed about will be able to provide what category you should unsubscribe from.
