I've added a feature ticket to turn off the renewal/upgrading during login after being blocked as this should cover your usecase fine. Since CBSubs won't be interrupting that behavior anymore you'd be free to leave them blocked or redirect with CB Auto Actions, etc..

Feature #5912 is now implemented for next nightly release and next CBSubs release:

Two new settings added for user subscriptions plans:

- Can be reactivated if expired or cancelled since more than (*duration)
- Can be reactivated if expired or cancelled since less than (*duration)

(*duration) is: relative duration OR can be always reactivated OR can never be reactivated after expiration or cancellation)

The OP should be happy: reactivation of plans can now be completely disabled, indeed; plus extra flexibility with timing.
