I seem to have this same issue but NO subscriptions record exists under CBSubs > Subscriptions so that I can edit the expiry date. I cannot edit through CB Member Profile on thebackend -- it will not SAVE my edits. This is a problem for manual (backend) renewals as weel as those paid with PayPal. How else can I edit the records so that they show correctly in the Member Profile and do not send expirations to people who have RENEWED when 12/31/14 rolls around?

I want to second that this is a huge problem -- calendar year is essential and correct renewals of members is critical for many associations. My client is very annoyed and I just upgraded and shelled out for CBSubs again. I am regretting it very very much at this point.

Hi All

I seem to be having the same issue where the ipn is not updating the username and fullname and therefore doesnt seem to know which account o associate with the paypal recurring payment. I have my test subscriptions set to recur each day so it's not the 'calendar year' setting. Can anyone advise please as I am going around in circles trying to fix this. (BTW my normal setting for recurring payments would be weekly)

Cheers

If your plans are free lifetime they will not create subscriptions unless you tell them to within CBSubs > Settings > Global. There's no reason for other plan durations to not show up unless your IPNs are failing for whatever reason and are not activating the subscription to pay the basket. To change a subscriptions date you need to navigate to CBSubs > Subscriptions then click the # under the ID column or edit the expiration date directly in _cbsubs_subscriptions database table.
