One of the many Community Builder features is the ability to create user lists for your membership.
To access these frontend CB User Lists you need to create a new Joomla menu item and select 'Users lists' from the popup "Select a Menu Item Type" window.
This Joomla menu item will navigate frontend viewing of all your CB User lists (selectable via drop-dowm).
