It is ready! But I don't think that JoomlaPolis has approved the new version yet in the directory, so you might have to get it from Joomla extensions.

Rememer to Karma and vote for the extesion! :-)

Nice to hear about an update to this useful plugin.

Unfortunately the download link on extensions.joomla.org still points to the old plugin at Joomlapolis.

Hi Sven,

Your post worked very well for me too. Had to rearrange the lines a little, probably because I have a slightly different version of CB Publicmail. The bottomline is that:

The line with StripSlashes($MailText) comes AFTER the line with str_replace (and WordWrap, but that's probably less important).

Anyway: Many thanks!!!

Hi,

At some point, not sure when, 'new line's are displayed as 'rn' again.
This was earlier solved with the upgrade to 1.3 but the same problem has returned.

I would bevery greatful for any help.

Joomla 1.5.15
CB 1.7.1 or1.8
CB Public Mail 1.3
PHP 5.2.17

Best Regards

Sven

I'll share my solution. Comment out the line below. It is in 2 places, around line 168 and 217 in components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpublicmail/publicmail.php
//	mailtext = stripslashes($mailtext);
