Hi,

Can someone help me about how the tap " additional information" in the " Update your Profile" Disappear?

I install CB on localhost and see the tap "additional information" contain user infor like WEBSITE, COUNTRY..., but when i install CB on my server, everything is OK but i can not find the tap " additional information" anymore.

Maybe I loss some things? Can someone help to pull me out

the additional info is a TAB you can publish it or unpublish it or delete it..

it shows if there is info in there, so you need FIELDS that are assigned to that tab that are published and shown on profile.. AND a user needs to have entered DATA in there.. ONLY THEN it will show..

btw this was posted in the wrong area.. this forum area is about plugins..

really, i still can not identify the problem!!!

in the " Field Manager" on localhost, i can see all the fields like " website, location, country..." , but all of these don't appear in the same place on my real server although my CB Component still in good operation.

and there is no tap called " additional information" in the Front End of User!!!

Can you help me to show out?

old threat, but i had the same problem.

did not find any solution, and then just loaded "sample Data" and thats it.

For all got the same problem and are as new as i am:

componants/community builder/tools

and then "Load sample Data"
