when I send email to me (1 email) for trying out then I receive the email but in the backend I get an error "

Most probably somewhere you have something that outputs invisible characters, which make the json-formated result invalid.
It can be an extension, a language file or an edit that you made in a php file on your site which has a space or empty line before <?php or after ?> e.g.

I you describe it closer is it in the email program (uddeim) or anywhere?
