Hi,

I have a fresh install of CB 1.7 on J1.5.23, and the following plugins
- cb subs 1.21
- cb connect 1.03
- cb triggers 1.03


PROBLEM:
I cannot use the CB User Manager to ADD/CREATE NEW users. After entering all of the correct information, and then when I click SAVE I am redirected to what looks like the CB installation success page (powered by cb logo, your version 1.7, latest version, etc). When I check the User listing, the new details just entered are nowhere to be seen.

In the interim I now have to create the user in Joomla User Manager, and then go into CB User Manager to add the extra information. This doubles the workload, which is not ideal with my large list of users to be added.

Any suggestions?

Plugins uninstalled, reinstalled, but still no change.

(I have run all tools (db checks, etc) again, and there were a few problems that were fixed, however this has no effect on the issue.)

Yes,
CB/Subs was added to an existing J1.5.23 installation that has been working for quite some time with:
* Jevents (1.5.5)
* Virtuemart (1.1.9)
* AceSEF (1.5.18) is also installed however the CB/new user problem occurs in the backend (unaffected by SEF - and it has been turned off, removed, reinstalled but this has no effect on the issue)

The server is not likely to be a factor, CB/subs was working fine on an old site on the same server.
