I really seem to be missing something. I have searched the documentation, the videos, the forum and other sites but I cannot find even a reference to this.

How can I enable all users to be able to report any other user without making them moderators?
Is it possible to do this via a code field (using ajax or something) or does anyone know of a plugin that is available?
I wish I knew, Then we would both know.

I knew it had to be simple. both ban users and allow reporting must be set to yes... I found it after rereading the manual.

Thank you for pointing me to the demo it did help me to isolate the difficulty and thus know where to look in the manual..
I wish I knew, Then we would both know.
