It s not a free lifetime plan, and in more "Create Subscriptions also for free lifetime plans" is turn to Yes.

Have reviewed your installation and none of your plans had "Visible for Group (and above this group):" specified. Have fixed this for you and confirm plans now visible as upgrades. Please also confirm if you now can see upgrades.
