Hi!

Joomla 2.5.9
CB 1.9

When trying to access configuration backend we receive this:
503 Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily busy, try again later!

When running tools, CB Plugin database this happens:
500 - Error.
String could not be parsed as XML

Our host says:
it seems that there are some loops in community builder component and after few retries litespeed cut down connection(because of infinite loop).
We checked PHP and litespeed log files, we were browsing www.amed.no/administrator without any issues.

Please contact script developers who made that component.

Information for script developers:
Attached.

Any suggestions?

Regards,
Thomas

Do you have any plugins within CB > Plugin Management that are grayed out? If you do and they're core plugins then re-install CB. If you do and they're 3rd party plugins then re-install those plugins or uninstall them entirely. Your error file is not providing any indication of what could be causing this. Please enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then try again and see if any on-screen errors are present or in your server error log. If none begin disabling 3rd party CB plugins 1 by 1 until resolved to see if it could be a plugin issue.

Topic solved!
The problem wasn't CB, but configuration of php.ini file on server.
My host did some changes, and now it is ok.
