#5630 - error in image canvas into activity

If I upload a canvas image, all ok, the activity is registered and I see it. If I upload another canvas, the previous one disappear from the activites. See screen.
Another question. I want to translate in italian the strings of the notification of the activities, for example: "[user] updated their canvas photo"

Make sure you have updated CB, CB Activity and CB Auto Actions to latest nightlies and test again.

How can I solve this?
Works ok on my test sites.
Maybe the updates did not complete?
Please update all 3 (CB, Activity and Auto Actions).
Existing images should not be affected at all.
