Hey guys,

I know, not a lot of people who do this BUT... when you use a / in the username it breaks the access to that persons profile. I am using SEF so it is quite clear why it does this... Here is an example of a username with the /...

munich.international-friends.net/network/profile/userprofile/IFM%20Salsa/Bachata%20Courses

Could you put in a Verification that no / should be used?

Will this slash break Joomla SEF or are you using something else?

Can this be replicated in Joomla?

Well, you can manually add a validation in the CB Field Manager username field to check against such a character.

The slash does indeed break Joomla SEF.

I will add the validation that no / is used in the username by myself, however I am sure that other people will stumble over it...
