Users Disabled upon Subscription expiration was created by wowza2
Have situation where users are disabled (in the Joomla user table) upon their subscription lapsing. Would like them to remain enabled but just placed in the "Public" user group. Is there a setting I'm missing here?

Public is not a valid usergroup for a registered user. I do not recommend doing that. Instead I recommend being more strict with your plans and limit everything as necessary. Next within CBSubs > Settings > Global configuration CBSubs to allow free registrations without subscriptions so they'll stop being blocked in expiration.
