Ensure both installs are up to date then use the Import/Export feature in CB > Tab Management and CB > Field Management (top right upload and download buttons). Fields with a missing tab will be placed on the core Contact Info tab so you can also just export fields only if you wanted. If a tab or field depends on a specific plugin to be installed you'll need to be sure that plugin is also installed on your new site; note it may have trouble matching the pluginid though so you may need to correct it in the export data.

It's just a database data export/import. It of course will not move files for you. You need to do that using something like FTP.

where is Registration Value Layout in database?

Registration Value Layout is stored in the params column for the field in _comprofiler_fields. It's included in the export.

is it need match new id of field in export and import data from one database to other?

By default the id column is ignored on import and it just creates a new field from all the data supplied. If the tab for the field can't be found (matches by tab id) it just puts the field on the Contact Info tab.

The import/export functionality was not designed with the intend to mass move your site. You should do that working with raw data in phpmyadmin and exporting the full tables there. The import/export functionality is for mass inserting new data or modifying existing. It is not a means of migration.
