Message Length

I want to expand the comments length on posts. Right now it is at 400.
I went to CB Activity> Parameters> Comments > Replies> Create where I found it was set to 400. I set at 0. All other message limits settings I can find are set to 0.
What am I doing wrong?

Parameters under the Comments tab only impact standalone comment streams. If you're trying to increase the message length for comments on activity those parameters are under CB Activity > Parameters > Activity > Comments > Create and CB Activity > Parameters > Activity > Comments > Replies > Create.
