CB updates via Joomla update system

CB updates via Joomla update system was created by researchware
Something has changed on 1 of my web sites and now I get notification via the Joomla update system of every single CB build instead of just full releases. i.e. I get notice of updating to 2.4.2+build.2019.09.28.14.48.29.12ea86b4a vs just a notice when 2.4.2 or 2.4.3 is available.

I assume this is some setting like for Joomla updates > Options where you can set the Joomla update channel from Default to Joomla Next or Testing if you want. However, I can't seem to find where in CB to change what updates I want? I have searched teh CB site and the forums and either I am not using the right keywords or something because I can not find anything on this?

I am at Joomla 3.9.12 and CB 2.4.2+build.2019.09.04.15.43.19.0ccedd068

If a build release is installed you'll receive notifications on new build releases. If a stable release is installed you'll only be notified of stable releases. Joomla does not do the notification for build releases that's actually our admin module providing that.

Thank you. I will just ignore new builds until 2.4.3 comes out and then get back on stable builds. Thanks again for the info.

I'm unsure why you'd want to do that. Build releases are tested the same way Stable releases are. Stable releases are still done basically as a formality, but there's no difference beyond Build releases being more up to date
