Auto action to set field to 'read only'

Auto action to set field to 'read only' was created by jeroen aalders
Would it be possible to set an auto action (or some other way...) that can set a field to 'read only' after a user has filled it in and pressed 'update' on the edit profile? I'm thinking in using it on a review or rating field which then become greyed-out after a one-time input.

No, read only is a global state not a user by user state for a field. Only way to make a field single use like that is a very specific usage in CB Conditional, but it requires turning value resetting off globally in CB Conditional which will prevent chained conditions from working as expected.
