[SOLVED] Funlite Template Errors

[SOLVED] Funlite Template Errors was created by kuddel
I get a white screen and the following when I try to see or write a comment. (jcomments):

Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in C:\xampp\htdocs\joomla\templates\funlite\html\com_content\article\default.php on line 104

the same happend with CBblogs.

More I have not tested yet

Can anybody help?

What is the URL of the page you are on when this error displays?

it's a testpage on a local server. But on the real page the same error is showing when I use Funlite.

Can you disable JComments and confirm if page loads fine?

Which version of JComments was used?

JComments 2.2.0.2

Its not only a jcomments problem. The same happend by clicking on every Artikel link. this is line 104:
<?php if (($this->params->get('show_author')) && ($this->article->author != "") || $this->item->params->get('show_create_date')) : ?>
