Well there is no error in debug,
Test with :
trigger : none,
access : everybody,
user : automatic,
[var2] : set to an existing id 3819
internal link used to test the auto action, and no result, no error.

The debug output can't display on raw outputs. Remove format=raw from the URL and retry. If you've any conditions configured also try removing them. Beyond that I've no idea; are you sure the asset is correct?

The asset in activity is hotspot.3819 but its id in CB activity table is 4514
If the auto action tries to delete the asset hotspot.3819 will it work ??

Everything seems correct, no debug errors.
The output is not raw but html in the website, no conditions, no trigger, nothing special and still no action.
I have no idea :-(

No idea. I create an activity entry with Asset set to hotspot.3819. Then created the following auto action, which worked perfectly fine.

Global
Triggers: None
Type: CB Activity
User: User
Access: Everybody
Action
Mode: Activity
Method: Delete
Asset: hotspot.3819
Load: By Asset Only

Is there a leading or trailing space in your Asset maybe? It strictly matches so a space I suppose could cause it to not match.
