Hello

I got this message:

Upload new plugin - error
No URL selected
Failed to save Install CB Plugin because: Installation error

I just changed my domain from a testing site to a live site. I wonder if this is what the problem is?

Only if you didn't refresh the Install from Web between domain name changes as the tokens are domain specific. Try using the refresh link at bottom right of the tab and see if that resolves your issue.
