Sorry, I'm not apro at this, I just expected it to work not sure about what you mean to update out site of uploading your apps

We release new updates regularly. So yes things will go out of date and will need to be updated. This is done easily from CB > Plugin Management > Install New Plugin > Install from Web. Be sure you're logged into Joomlapolis before visiting that page so it can confirm your login status.

' Please be sure your install is completely up to date.' What does t this mean, I thought when I purchased just a few weeks ago it was fine are there updates already.

Please do not provide login credentials unless we ask for them. Do not post them on these forums. You've just posted backend login on public forums. Please delete that user entirely or change the password immediately.

Please be sure to provide the full error in the future. Your issue is coming from CBSubs GroupJive. Was able to confirm a minor issue in the switch statement and have added a bug ticket to fix. For now I've uninstalled CBSubs GroupJive, which doesn't appear to be used.
