One of my users is getting a "Malformed License Server Response" when she tries to edit a member. She clicks into a tab and the error shows. I and others are unable to replicate the error.

Is this something that is caused from her end or something I can edit in the system?

Yes I reentered the license and it resolved. I'm not sure what the problem is, it's been running fine forever. Thanks for the fast response, I have a conference tonight on the site and panicked!
