Trying to install CBSubs core plugin (cbplug_CBSubs_MAIN_122-E.zip), and get a white screen on attempted install. No errors are visible. Forum indicates this is typically a memory problem, but all PHP parameters seem to be set with plenty of memory, max file size, etc.

I can log into admin and navigate around, and there is indeed a CBPaidSubscriptions item in CB plugins, but if I click this, I also get white screen.

The host told us a while back that Ioncube was installed. I did check through all prerequisites. But then again, they might not have given us the right answer

Running the Loader Wizard, here's what I get:

So does this confirm that Ioncube is NOT installed on the server? I need to have the host do it, I think.
