It's due to "Propose spontaneously plan at registration:" being set to "No". It prevents the plan from functioning on new registrations. It shouldn't have displayed at all for you though (or maybe should have, but worked?). For now Set "Propose spontaneously plan at registration:" to "Yes" for all your plans or allow upgrades in those plans. I've created a bug ticket for further investigation (this maybe working as intended). Basically the "Allow registration" checkbox must be green.

I am having this same problem and have posted in the Professional section with no response in 2 days. If I change everyone of my subscriptions to NOT EXCLUSIVE, someone can register on the site, enter the database of CB, but nothing links to CBSubs. This is new since upgrading to 2.02. Otherwise nothing happens and the "Chosen Plans combination" error occurs.
What credentials do you need to look at the admin side of my site. I need to get this fixed ASAP!!!!
