i am using Joomla 1.0.11 Stable with SafeMode (patched)

i've got some problems during the installation. So now at the point the the Builder ist lsitet under my componets, but if i want to edit a user it shows me :

so does anyone now the problem an can fix it?
reinstalling didn't solves it ;(

After I install Community Builder component following the instruction to create Link Url in usermenu by copy and paste this following code.
