problem with tabs with luna template-I'm desperate

It's basically a normal CB nstallation with "Destinations" string instead of "Articles" in the user profile.

I've spent hours trying to find out why IE places a distance between the tab caption and the tab contents

In the image you can see the picture in IE and FF (the later works fine)

The CB code isnot changed

The template CSS is practically unchanged (the absolutely unchanged CSS does not work either)

The "default" template works fine

The site template does not matter (I've tried with 4 different ones)

The tab contents does not matter (I've tried with different tabs, one by one and in combinations)

I'm absolutely out of ideas now. Can somebody help me please?

One additional detail: the tabs in "Manage Your Connections" don't have the problem.

I'm also having this problem in IE, but in all tabs.

Additionally, the template layout seems to break in IE, but only on the profile page. Weird!

Hi, I have found the solution!

Remove the space between the class names in CSS in the following line:

.dynamic-tab-pane-control .tab-pane {

so that it looks like this:

.dynamic-tab-pane-control.tab-pane {

Looks like a CSS bug.

There might be a CSS bug in IE triggered by this space.

Please log bug at forge.joomla.org in CB bugs.

[edit]: removed wrong statement, looked to quick... Note to myself: get a cup of coffee in the morning before starting to post.. :P )

oh, no, not in any case!

This statement WAS wrong, defining the class "tab-pane" in the context of "dynamic-tab-pane-control".

Without the space the statement defines that the element itself belongs to BOTH of these classes, which is the case.

The statement WAS ineffective and BECOMES effective only if you remove the space
