memory always exhausted was created by ciubo

Hi, many thanks for the nant's profilegalleryplugin, it's really a good plugin, but I have always a issue, even when uploading 150kb's images, I got in a memory limit error (my php.ini support a maximum of 12 mb per script)
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 12582912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3840 bytes) in /web/htdocs/www.ciubo.it/home/ciubo/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/imgToolbox.class.php on line 361

In cb profile i am able to upload bigger pictures, but in profilegallery i can upload 50kb pictures... is there a way to solve?

I'm having the same problem but in my Joomla/Admin/System Info/PHP it says my memory limit is already 40M yet I'm still having the same problem. My Joomla website is www.2CRUNK.com
