Warning : cb.core.php on line 240 was created by atalou
when im under
CM / USER MANAGMENT / USER NAME

At the top of Icone EDIT USER i have this error
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home.10.7/zimmerma/almeriya/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbcore/cb.core.php on line 240

All the rest of the page is ok
can edit, change save etc. ...

That is a PHP warning witch does not mean anything is not working well. Warnings should not be enabled on production boxes. See php.ini for further details.

Please run the DB checker from CB Tools backend and see if there is a problem with your database.

The quick fix is removing this line :
$params->loadSetupFile(JApplicationHelper::getPath( 'com_xml', 'com_users' ));

and changing this : $params =& $juser->getParameters();
to : $params =& $juser->getParameters(true);

The JUser API now autoloads the params xml file. This was explained on the developer list a while ago. You might have missed that
